Position: Call Recording Analyst
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Salary: Starting from 65,000 LKR (Inclusive of Basic + Fixed Allowances)
Probation: Eligible for a salary increment after 6 months upon successful completion of probation (conditions apply).
Job Responsibilities:
- Listen to a minimum of 100 calls per client, totaling at least 15-20 clients per month.
- Create comprehensive reports based on management guidelines.
- Ensure accurate completion of reports, meeting deadlines with zero errors.
- Compile data reports and provide in-depth analysis on call recordings.
Work Hours:
- 8 hours per day between 7 am – 10 pm, 5 days a week.
- Flexible work schedule (conditions apply).
- May be required to meet deadlines during weekends or mercantile holidays.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Familiarity with US grammar and writing styles.
- Ability to comprehend US accents and speech.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable listening to and analyzing a minimum of 2,000 calls per month.
- Proficient in using Google Sheets, Docs, Zoom, and Skype.
- No prior experience required.
