Position: Social Media Manager
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Salary: Starting from 70,000 LKR (Inclusive of Basic + Fixed Allowances)
Probation: Opportunity for a salary increment after 6 months upon successful completion of probation (conditions apply).
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Manage and monitor social media accounts, ensuring high engagement and reach.
- Create and schedule posts, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Analyze social media data and create reports on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing content.
Work Hours:
- 8 hours per day between 7 am – 10 pm, 5 days a week.
- Flexibility to create your own work schedule (conditions apply).
- May require occasional availability during weekends and holidays.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience in creating and analyzing social media reports.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Prior experience managing social media accounts is preferred, but not required.
