Position: Customer Support Executive
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Salary: Starting from 55,000 LKR (Inclusive of Basic + Fixed Allowances)
Probation: Eligible for a salary increment after 6 months (conditions apply).
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses to customer queries.
- Resolve customer complaints by determining the issue and providing appropriate solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
- Maintain thorough and accurate customer records using company CRM systems.
Work Hours:
- 8 hours per day, scheduled between 7 am – 10 pm, 5 days a week.
- Flexible working hours available (conditions apply).
- May require availability on weekends or mercantile holidays to meet customer demands.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proficiency in using Google Docs, Spreadsheets, CRM software, and online communication tools like Zoom and Skype.
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
